Just creating a profile
We know that you want to create a Just great profile when applying for an awesome role with us. To get started you’ll need to create a login.

- Just load your most up to date information, don’t forget to include your current mobile number!
- Just tell us your available days & hours for work, be as accurate as you can
- And remember if anything changes then Just log-in & update it
Just a great CV
We know putting together a CV is time consuming but it's so worthwhile. It's your chance to show us Just how great you really are!
Our advice to you:
- Just include your current & previous work experience, it's best to put the most recent first
- Just make sure you tell us your previous company, job title, how long you've been there & importantly why you left or are wanting to leave
- Just keep it simple & bullet point your responsibilities/duties
- Just a very brief overview of your education
Just a spectacular interview
We know how nerve wracking interviews can be but Just keep in mind that we want you to be awesome & it’s your chance to shine!
Our advice to you:
- Just be prepared!
- Whether your first interview is on the phone or face to face; Just try & relax, be yourself, know your CV & do some research so you know something about the brand and position you are applying for
- For a face to face interview
- Just make sure you check out the location & plan your route there before you leave, give yourself plenty of time
- Just look your best! Wear something appropriate so you look spectacular
Just reference checks
You have obviously Just aced your interview & now we want to find out more about your great skills from your previous employers. A referee needs to be a current or previous manager of yours.
Our advice to you:
- Just make sure that you choose someone who you directly reported to like your manager, team leader, supervisor etc
- Just provide their most up to date contact details, remember to ask them first before you Just give out their information
- They will appreciate if you Just give them a heads up to expect our call
- If you are Just stuck for who to use, we can talk to a character referee. They can not be a family member or personal friend. We suggest that if you have never had a job, you can ask a lecturer or teacher, sports coach or youth group leader if they would be happy to talk to us about Just how great you are.
